CUDO Compute in 2026: current services and older instructions

THE QUICK TAKE

Official documentation states the public on-demand platform closed on 31 March 2026. Evaluate today’s infrastructure offering separately from old VM instructions.

A GPU provider can change its customer model as well as prices. CUDO Compute illustrates why shortlists need current checks. On 1 November 2026, its former public on-demand platform cannot be described as an active quick-start route merely because instructions remain online.

This review uses current official pages. It makes no conclusion about company finances and does not substitute historical services for today’s terms.

What is confirmed about the public platform

Official CUDO documentation explicitly states that the public on-demand platform closed on 31 March 2026. It explains that old documents remain for reference and may not describe today’s offer.

A discovered quickstart or API example therefore does not establish new self-service ordering. A technical page and an available commercial starting route are different facts. A project needs the latter with applicable conditions.

What the current site emphasises

The CUDO Compute website describes designing, deploying and operating AI infrastructure, including sites, power and GPU clusters. That requires a specification and project discussion rather than copying an old single-VM budget.

Do not infer a universal minimum customer size; ask directly. However, a small-pilot shortlist cannot automatically treat enterprise infrastructure as equivalent to a confirmed self-service offering.

Prepare the customer’s questions

Describe task, scale, duration, placement and management level. Separate compute, storage, networking and operating responsibilities. Then confirm which current product and commercial model suit the project.

If applicable public rates are absent, requesting a proposal is part of preparation. Do not fill the gap with old tariffs or another company’s similar hardware. Contract capacity with obligations and a short rental before demand is established create different budget exposures.

Update an old plan

Suppose a team returns to last year’s provider list. It checks current official pages, notices the changed format and revises its choices. For a brief experiment, it selects a confirmed available starting route and evaluates an infrastructure project separately.

The useful result is more than a replacement logo. Update purchase unit, starting conditions, owners and commitment limits. This protects planning from obsolete assumptions even when the company name remains.

Apply the lesson to your pool

Equipment owners should verify current cooperation routes rather than an old review. A historic hosting programme does not establish today’s acceptance or payment terms.

Read the current-shortlist method and project due diligence.
