RETRIVIUM / TERMS

Terms of Service

Operator and scope

These terms govern the Retrivium website and inference service operated by IE Aleksandr Golubev, Tbilisi, Georgia. They apply when you access the website or send requests to an enabled Retrivium API endpoint. If you use Retrivium through OpenRouter, OpenRouter’s terms govern your OpenRouter account, payment and routing relationship. A separate agreement expressly accepted by Retrivium takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

Service and model limits

The service routes requests to hosted models and returns generated responses. Available model IDs, capabilities, context limits, output limits and prices are published in the applicable endpoint catalogue. Input and requested output must fit the advertised combined context. Output limits include reasoning where the model uses it. Capacity is shared: busy or unavailable endpoints may reject requests. No uptime, throughput or latency SLA is included unless separately agreed.

Guaranteed EU processing region

For endpoints designated EU, Retrivium guarantees that routing, input processing and inference run exclusively within European Union member states on its own machines. Prompts, outputs, reasoning and tool data processed by Retrivium are not transferred to infrastructure outside the EU. Load balancing, retries and failover preserve this region. If EU capacity is unavailable, the request is rejected instead of being routed outside the EU. This is a service commitment and does not require a separate regional agreement. It covers Retrivium processing; OpenRouter, your application and client-controlled external tools remain subject to their own policies.

Authorised and lawful use

You must have authority to submit the input, including personal data, confidential information and tool results. Use the service in accordance with applicable law, third-party rights and the applicable model licence. Do not use it for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, interference with infrastructure, credential theft or attempts to bypass access controls or capacity limits. You remain responsible for tools and external actions initiated by your application.

API credentials

Keep API credentials confidential and use only credentials issued or authorised for you. Contact us promptly if you suspect compromise. We may revoke compromised credentials or restrict access to protect the service. Credential administration does not create a retained history of your inference requests.

Input and output rights

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. Retrivium does not claim ownership of your inputs or generated outputs. You authorise only the temporary processing necessary to fulfil your request and return its result. This grants no permission for training, content analysis, publication, sale or dataset creation. Output rights and use remain subject to applicable law, model licences and third-party rights; generated outputs may not be unique.

Inference data and privacy

The Privacy & Data Policy forms part of these terms. We do not persist inference content or individual request records, analyse content, train on it or manually review it. Processing is temporary in RAM and GPU memory; only aggregate operational totals without individual request history may be retained. We do not keep copies for debugging, abuse review or backups. We cannot restore a previous prompt or response. OpenRouter, your application and client-selected external tools apply their own policies.

Prices and billing

For requests through OpenRouter, OpenRouter displays the applicable offer, handles your billing and provides its own payment and refund terms. Retrivium does not collect card data or accept payments on this informational website. A direct commercial service requires separately agreed payment terms. Published prices may change prospectively; these terms do not set a separate fee or minimum spend.

Generated content and your decisions

Model outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsafe. Check them before relying on them or executing generated code or tool calls. The website and model responses are not professional medical, legal or financial advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability, suspension and changes

We may change or discontinue models, suspend compromised or unauthorised access, or interrupt service for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Material changes to these terms are published here with an updated effective date and apply prospectively. A change does not authorise retention or reuse of earlier inference content. We do not claim that OpenRouter has accepted Retrivium or certified its endpoints.
