Servercore publishes cloud GPU-server products, including Central Asian locations. Check the exact location, accelerator and resource format in the actual order. Russian-language documentation does not mean Russian hosting. Evaluate CPU, RAM, disk and network together with the GPU.

## Confirm product and location

The cloud-GPU product page describes the service and placement options. Accelerator choices depend on location, so one public model list is not proof that every data centre offers each card immediately.

Record data-location requirements and the team's acceptable working delays. If input storage is distant, measure a small representative transfer. Sufficient VRAM does not prove that the complete workflow fits its time window. Check current organisation and account conditions rather than assuming access from every country.

## Specify the complete configuration

Record exact GPU, quantity, vCPUs, system RAM and disk allocation. Separate system memory from device memory. A custom image needs a supported upload path and a driver compatibility test.

| Component | Evidence required |
| --- | --- |
| GPU | Suitable model and visible memory |
| CPU and RAM | Data preparation fits |
| Storage | Inputs and temporary files fit |
| Location | Appropriate for data and participants |
| Access | Working administrative route |
| Image | Reproducible software environment |

Do not copy dedicated-server management assumptions onto a cloud VM. Verify the chosen product's operating and billing process directly.

## Read the shutdown rules

The payment documentation describes pay-as-you-go accounting. It also states that powering off or suspending a server preserves reserved resources and their charges. Freeze is described separately: vCPU, RAM and GPU charging stops while other components remain billable.

Consequently, “off” is not a sufficient billing state. Before pausing, verify the selected operation, data preservation and conditions for returning. Disks, addresses and snapshots need independent decisions.

## Run an evening-session pilot

A team using several evenings should test its chosen pause and restoration process on a small project. Include active time and retained resources in the estimate. After the first session, compare charges with the expected state using server ID, time and component list.

Also check storage placement before a large upload. A distant source can change preparation time and network expense independently of accelerator speed. Preserve these observations separately. End with location, complete specification, access recipe and a resource-closeout procedure so another operator can reproduce the useful result.

## Turn the check into a practical next step

Check location, resource format and charging state together. A Russian-language interface does not establish Russian placement or universal account availability.
