## Keep the ordinary model separate from Ti

The RTX 5060 has 8 GB GDDR7 and reference board power of 145 W. It is the ordinary desktop model; the RTX 5060 Ti is another GPU with its own memory variants. Calling a server device part of the 5060 family is therefore insufficient inventory. The table describes one GPU. Application memory availability depends on the active environment. Record device identity, exact board and idle baseline first. The power specification is not measured energy per generation or render job; CPU and other node components require a separate measurement boundary.

## Bound the service before admission

The [vLLM documentation](https://docs.vllm.ai/en/latest/getting_started/installation/gpu/) defines installation hardware and software conditions, but compute capability does not certify every model. Choose a verifiable small workload for the RTX 5060 and pin weight format, backend, context and output limit. Measure the sequential path before admitting concurrent requests. If weights fit but serving cannot start, inspect runtime allocations and available KV budget. A [llama.cpp build](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ggml-org/llama.cpp/master/docs/build.md) provides a separate CUDA/GGUF path where actual offloading needs confirmation. A successful run involving the CPU must not be described as fully GPU resident or generalized to another library without checking it.

## Examine rendering memory independently

[Cycles CUDA and OptiX](https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/render/cycles/gpu_rendering.html) require an appropriate driver and actual GPU detection. The RTX 5060 scene needs saved assets and settings that make its footprint explainable. If VRAM is insufficient, investigate possible host RAM use and image completeness. Lower output resolution does not necessarily remove large texture or geometry allocations, so change settings in response to an observed cause. A supporting backend uses RT Cores; their presence does not establish compatibility with every renderer. Preserve source project and output file for a server queue so successful process exit does not replace result validation.

## Observe cancellation and the following job

An 8 GB card benefits from testing what happens after an LLM request is cancelled. A client stops reading while the server engine may still release work; those are distinct events. A bounded experiment waits for confirmed server completion, records active requests and memory, then launches a prepared render job. When cancellation does not release everything, identify allocations legitimately owned by resident weights or caches first. Returning VRAM to zero is not the requirement. The worker policy must distinguish retained models, completed attempts and a fully unloaded engine before handing the GPU to another queue.

## Decide from a lifecycle record

The artifact contains model and scene manifests plus a timeline of admission, cancellation, server terminal state, memory changes and the next job launch. Growing residual requests suggest investigating cancellation propagation, while stable cached allocations concern residency policy. If rendering fails only after inference, repeat it from a clean controlled state. This test establishes one switching path on the RTX 5060. It does not guarantee a concurrency level, absence of every leak or enough capacity for arbitrary models. The outcome is an explainable admission and release boundary rather than an unsupported speed number.
